Gregg was born and raised on a farm in Masontown, Preston County, West Virginia. After graduating froAfter graduating from West Virginia University with a degree in pharmacy he moved to Garrett County.

Gregg has been elected as a Garrett County Commissioner for 6 terms. He is the longest serving county commissioner in the history of Garrett County.
He
is a very active member of several civic and professional organizations including the Oakland-Mt. Lake Park Lions Club, Southern Garrett Athletic Association, the Board of Directors of the Garrett County Historical Society, and the Mtn. Laurel
Medical Center.

Commissioner Glotfelty was
elected for his first term in 2006 as Garrett County Commissioner.
He is a lifelong resident of the McHenry area. Mr. Glotfelty is a graduate of Garrett County Northern High School and has
owned and operated the Double G RV Park for 30 years.

Frederick A.
Holliday, Commissioner
Mr. Holliday is a lifelong resident of the Grantsville area. He is a graduate of Garrett County Northern High School and owned and operated the H & H Hardware Store for 27 years. He served as the Mayor of the Town of Grantsville for 15 years.
Mr. Holliday is a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1961 until 1964 as an Ammunition Storage Specialist.
He is a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church; American Legion Post 214; Grantsville Lions Club; Casselman Valley Sportsmen’s Club; Post 10077 Veteran of Foreign Wars; and the Greater Grantsville Business Association.
Commissioner Holliday is presently serving his third term as County Commissioner. While serving his first term, he was in the first graduating class of the Academy of Excellence in Local Governance.
